“Services” refers to all UI/UX design, frontend engineering, consulting, or support services offered by Flowmaze.

2. Scope of Services
Flowmaze provides UX design, website optimization, frontend engineering, CMS integration, and support services as outlined on our website or agreed in a formal proposal or contract.
All service scopes, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and deliverables created by Flowmaze remain the intellectual property of Flowmaze until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their business purposes.

Flowmaze reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a mutual NDA prohibits it.

4. Payments & Fees
Project pricing, milestones, and payment terms will be detailed in individual proposals or agreements.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as per the proposal.

Requests beyond the agreed scope may require a change order, additional time, or fees.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide timely feedback, assets, and access needed to complete the project.

Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.

Communicate project decisions promptly to keep timelines on track.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. We may sign a separate NDA if required.

8. Limitation of Liability
Flowmaze shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loss of data, revenue, or reputation resulting from the use of our services.

Delays caused by third parties or client inaction.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination:
Work completed up to that point will be billed.

All unpaid invoices become due immediately.

Flowmaze reserves the right to retain ownership of unpaid work.

10. Use of Website
You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute, or misuse content from our website.

Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

Use our site in a way that could impair its functionality or reputation.

11. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Flowmaze may recommend or integrate third-party tools (e.g., CMS platforms, analytics tools). We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or issues related to these external platforms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
